Jotiram Sapkal is a digital business strategist and AI trainer who helps Marathi entrepreneurs grow their businesses online. His goal is simple — to give every business owner the tools and knowledge to build a strong, scalable business using modern technology.
His journey began in Kelewadi, a small village in Patan taluka, Satara district. He grew up with limited resources and few opportunities, but taught himself the skills needed to succeed in the digital world. Along the way, he noticed a real gap: the world was going digital fast, yet Marathi entrepreneurs had no one guiding them in their own language, in a simple and practical way. That gap became his mission.
In 2019, he founded MahaGrowth — a community built to teach Marathi entrepreneurs everything they need to grow: AI, digital marketing, automation, sales and business strategy, all in one place. Today, MahaGrowth is more than a training platform — it has become a complete ecosystem for learning, networking and business growth, reaching thousands of entrepreneurs through hundreds of webinars, workshops and training programs.
He also realized that businesses don't just need leads — they need a complete, automated system to win customers.
